They have market leading technology. After a year of part time service they allowed me to enroll in their 401K. With a 6% company match and another 3% they put in for a pension contribution it was like getting a 9% raise.
Svantaggi
They never were able/willing to offer a complete set of benefits. Did not include me in annual review process which meant I did not receive regular wage increases.
