Weak management, too much focus on the ever changing strategy, no chance of progression, staff leave but are never replaced, total lack of training and development for low level staff, too many layers of management, cost cutting is destroying staff morale, management never listen to employee concerns, too many unsuitable systems introduced in the guise of cost cutting, engagement survey a total waste of time and effort.
