Pathetic "management" team doing the same roles for decades together- low IQ, low EQ, low motivation. Just hanging in there because they know they will not get employment anywhere else. Very gossipy, negative work culture and no ethics to speak of. Not surprising that the Indian business is being sold off by the parent company.
