Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism. A lot of family (too much actually) involved who work there. Owner rants constantly about the business, but has no idea what he's doing. Very unprofessional, I don't know how work gets done.

The positive side is that management is upfront about it and always ensures employees are fairly compensated for the extra time. My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing due to the toxic leadership style of the CEO. He is narcissistic and manipulative, frequently making promises to employees that he has no intention of keeping. While claiming the company couldn’t afford raises, he regularly treated himself to new personal luxuries like a new truck and phone. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he cut employee pay under the guise of financial hardship, yet there was no indication that he made any personal financial sacrifices. Favoritism runs rampant, with certain employees receiving special treatment and benefits while others are unfairly left out. I was promised a promotion based on specific criteria, and after meeting every requirement, the promise was conveniently forgotten. This pattern of dishonesty and preferential treatment creates a demoralizing work environment where hard work and dedication are rarely recognized or rewarded. If you value transparency, fairness, and professional growth, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
