      The only pro was that it was a job and if you were able to get enough hours to be classified as "full-time" you could get benefits.

      Management was horrible; it was like being in a dictatorship. Very little hours offered to associates, no overtime. 5% employee discount was sad, too, considering almost all of the associates bought groceries there.
