Big company with a number of positives. Lots of locations, availability to move around. Many good mid level leaders that care about their people and the work. Good place for diversity, maybe even have taken it too far where that is a focus beyond reasonableness, but if diversity is a hot button for you, great place for that.
Svantaggi
As with any big company, there can be a lot of bureaucracy. Most areas are decent, but the HR side at the corporate level is painful. Slow and difficult to accomplish anything, and expect that raises will basically be just cost of living (have been for the last 5 years) no matter how you perform.
