Just another retail job: Low staffing with lots of demands that you do not see any compensation for reaching your goals. They have trouble keeping good technicians. Pharmacy management is largely on you to meet metrics and they guilt you into working harder by saying "pharmacy jobs are being threatened" if we don't work to get more vaccinations and consulting fees. Many days of frustration with operating system, management being unresponsive to suggestions or criticism, staffing issues. No PTO until 1 year of work. Medical benefits with high deductible even with HMO. No bonus for hitting pharmacy metrics.
