Company culture is fairly relaxed, good for some and difficult for others

There is an attempt from leadership to create community/ activities outside of people's day job- Commitment from top leadership to employee resource groups, social activities, etc. Some really smart and experienced people at Albourne.

Training is on the job. No formal training so one has to learn by doing. People management/ performance review is not a strength of the firm.
