Like any startup, changing processes is common. As long as you are adaptable and contribute to the team's success, that is not a problem. Sometimes with all remote colleagues, it can feel like you're a bit isolated in your function, but it's easy to communicate via Slack with team members - and everyone is super nice, helpful and friendly.
