Great potential for learning since it's a small team with plenty of opportunities to cross train. Many of the team have advanced degrees (PhDs and Master's Degrees) so you'll be pushed to the limit to keep up, but in a great way. Positive reinforcement is common and important. Everyone is encouraged to push themselves and, necessarily, that will lead to sometimes failing but also leads to great success. As a company, Alchera is very good about recognising people's success and supporting them when they fail.

Because it's a fast-moving company, sometimes the goals can change on short notice so employees need to be flexible in their approach to work and be ready to change direction quickly.
