Slow/disorganized training Very cliquey Some procedures aren't spelled out in SOP's, hard to find information needed. "Trainers" not very experienced in training, poor instruction Messy/confusing computer systems galore, hard to keep track of everything Inconsistent hours, some days are 6 hours, others are 16. Hard to plan life when you're waiting for bacteria to grow (hopefully getting fixed soon with the addition of a second shift to finish daytime projects).

Thank you for the balanced feedback and suggestions. We are working to get more predictable in our processes, scheduling, etc. We are currently recruiting for second shift positions which will help. The training and onboarding is a big focus in 2019. We've made some recent changes to the new employee experience that have been very well received but there is more work to do.
