Barely any raise or recognition for efforts. - Emphasis on cross-training for career progression, even when an individual performs job duties exceptionally. - HR uses the yearly bonus to lower the base salary during negotiations. Don't fall for that BS, bonus is not guaranteed to be paid in full. They have enough money to pay you. They're paying contractors double to do the same job. - The "NEED" to be in a certain position for 12-18 months before even being considered for other positions within Aldevron or Danaher as a whole.
