Pay is decent, made some good friends

It doesn't matter about your work ethic, it's all about who you know. There is also a lot of favoritism. Some move up more quickly than others all just on the basis of who they know. Managers never go back in the lab but have the audacity to submit a yearly review. They also keep hiring people with no moral standards and it is very scary. The training program there is absolutely horrendous
