Aldevron pays significantly below market value. They only pay you what you're worth when you have another offer from a different company and they want to counter to retain you. When this information is brought to managers it seems as though they have no intention on doing anything about it, the way the approach it makes it clear that we aren't valued and we're just cogs in the wheel. Senior management does not communicate anything clearly. They are not good at cascading goals or important information down. HR is basically useless - there are managers still here that have been reported to HR by other employees from discrimination. Further showing that they don't actually care about the people doing the work. There really is no room for growth here. They say there is but it's nearly impossible
