serving a customer base with great purpose - enabling the therapuetic development of rare/genetic diseases

senior executives are hired from outside life science/pharma/biotech industry. They don't neccesarilly understand the customer base, not to mention about the empolyees. The market has gone thru extreme resets in recent years due to the impacts of pandemic. The pressure of hitting revenue goal is high. That translates into many turnovers and restructures. The changes are constant, but the internal communication was never matching up.
