      Coworkers are very helpful and friendly. Many stay here for a LONG time, and I can see why. There is a lot of knowledge "in house", and people are genereally happy to help when asked. It's also relatively easy to shift to a new role within Alecta.

      Svantaggi

      Poor on-boarding, undecisive management. It's hard to get any clear answer from management about... anything. On the flip side of that there is a lot of freedom for the teams to make decisions, but that is difficult when there aren't clear limits set.

      The management was the best I've experienced in my career. The job was constantly changing. Employees were given autonomy.
