Life will be Hell if you join Alectio - Recensione dipendente - MLOps Engineer presso Alectio

I had a terrible experience working for Alectio. The company has no HR department, which means that employee concerns and grievances go unheard. To make matters worse, they have a terrible track record of paying salaries on time. There have been instances where employees have gone without pay for 2-3 months, which is unacceptable. The CEO has no technical knowledge, which makes it difficult for the company to make informed decisions about the products they're developing. I would not recommend anyone to work at Alectio.
