      It's a job and very chill. If you, for some reason, want to coast, you can. However, if you want to do more, you are allowed to. If that makes sense.

      I think the salary is mid to lower tier. In terms of engineering. If you are anything like me, it bothers me that my friends are making more. They don't deserve it. I DO.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
