I love this company. I love the mission and the work I get to do each day to improve the lives and outcomes of the people that are served through our partner practices. I work in the field and find the environment challenging but energizing. I love the tough problems and am granted the autonomy to work on solutions. The teams communicate well across different areas of the company if you're willing to reach out to those that you don't normally interact with day to day.

Working in the field can feel a bit "alone" at times as a large portion of the company is remote. We do lots of video conferences and chats but not being in person with other team members can feel like a challenge. But also - I get to work a lot from home - so it's not really a "con".
