      Aledade has been a fantastic company to work at. All of the people here are engaged, friendly, driven, and bright. While everyone works hard the company does a good job of managing a healthy work-life balance. The work is interesting and you are given a lot of responsibility right away.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
