      -Amazing culture and collaboration- everyone I worked with was excited to help me learn and succeed -Thorough onboarding process to make sure I was prepared to start work -Ownership over projects and the opportunity to work with various departments -Remote work due to COVID was handled very well

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
