Great place to slack off if you just want a paycheck. Remote culture means almost zero accountability. Early strong results in MSSP, but not improving YOY. Used to be generous equity, but not for the last few years. Moderately low base pay.

Deeply toxic culture pervades all interactions. HR asks all new hires to submit (5-star) reviews online within 30 days of hire. They've now churned out most veteran staff. Clients are leaving at higher rates each year. Top-down bureaucracy stops local teams from responding to market, so have lost out to competitors (Pearl, etc) on growing parts of the market while MSSP continues to decline.
