Where to begin. No thoughts are ever fully completed. HQ jumps from one priority to another so quickly that we seem to not succeed in many efforts lately. Being a "new" company is frequently used as an excuse as to why there's such chaos, but the company is 10 years old now. After the massive layoffs (that were done via email) last fall, we were told things would get better but that still has not been the case. Managers micro manage to the point of making you feel incompetent. If you need help from another department, good luck. You'll need to figure out a crash course to learn whatever it is you're looking for because you'll never get assistance you request. Managers and leadership work constantly- during PTO, holidays and weekends. It sets the expectations that we should do the same or we aren't "team players".
