1) Features remain in the hanging state. 2) Learning in this company is not much appreciable outside. 3) No tools available. 4) Automation is not at all in place. 5) People resign rate is 5 times higher than the joining rate. 6) Company is in cash crunch situation and can be shut down anytime. 7) No present customer and doesn't seem to be in near future. 8) No work life balance, calls employee on weekends also for work. 9) No documentation available because of which people maintains dependency. 10) Product is very customer specific. 11) Blame game environment. 12) Employees have low grade mentality of creating dependency and this cheap thinking restricts them to share knowledge. 13) Company doesn't pay justified performance bonus.
