False promises of the extra bonuses - do the tasks and receive the bonus. Employee completes the tasks, company doesn't want to give the bonus without naming the correct reason. Upper management doesn't care about the quality of the employees, but rather about how much they cost. Roles are liquid, without a clear sense of what everyone should do, and responsibilities are not taken by the correct people; upper management often expects the impossible. Very low possibility of advancement within the company.
