      - Pay - the raises they give you don't help much - Upper management can be inflexible and uncommunicative... don't expect changes to be made - No room for promotion - Instability - Recurring mistreatment from the students you serve

      Cons are minor. Unit managers and some teams are stretched. But these are typical growing pains for expanding organizations and will be remedied over time.
