No strategy, no marketing investment, no company culture, no decision making, never pay agencies or suppliers. Owners do not care about their people, just their profile and their profits.

I really didn't see any

- they lie to you during the interviewing process, in order to attract you, but then they make you do a completely different work than agreed - they treat people like nothing - unprofessional management, no rules, no procedures - no-mans-land - people talking badly to eachother, the management talking ugly things about the employees, etc - no transparency, it's like working for the mafia, you don't need to know or think, you only need to execute
