Small team, you get a lot of experience. The company founder means well and is loyal. Sweet team of employees. After working for this company your next job will feel like a new life.

In my opinion these guys are a walking HR violation, going into detail could be considered slander. It is a family owned business l so you will not find real HR. Very poor management skills, insane amount of work, toxic atmosphere. Basically no benefits unless you fight for them, “No PTO in the first year.”
