HR unable to properly communicate an actual compensation package which would include full details (benefits, perks, growth opportunities, etc.) Top talent will immediately note this as a RED FLAG which thankful I did before seeing all the negative reviews from former employees

Lack of talent shares a larger picture of a unsupportive company culture. It seems ghosting is a regular and normal business practice within this organization.
