The great chance of developing, the market value of the group is leading in china. The four sub companies (alibaba.com,taobao.com,alipay.com,alisoft, & Yahoo, Koubei.com) take great number of users in china. The development of all the company is very promising.
Svantaggi
The salary is not very competitive compared with other companies for gradudated student. Compared with other internet company as baidu, tencent, netease, sogou, the salary is low and the fame of the company is not as strong as those above. The annual leave is short, only 7 days for first year. Lots of employees treat CEO (Jack Ma) as GOD, and show somehow insane passion for him. I thought it is immature for a world-leading targeting company.
