Terribly unprofessional - Recensione dipendente - Worst Experience Ever, I Would Not Waste My Time presso Alight Solutions

I was provided an offer that was to start in October, when I interviewed in March. October came and went and there was NO WORD from this company. Thankfully, I had gotten hired elsewhere so I wasn't depending on this job, but it's still terribly unprofessional and morally wrong to extend an offer to someone (7 months out, mind you) and then go radio silent. So NOT ONLY do they only hire on a seasonal basis (which is bad ENOUGH for someone who wants a real career) but they treat people like garbage. Stay away. I would not listen to any employer who contracted this company for employee benefits, since they clearly don't put their own people first.
