Constant change and more dependence on India - Recensione dipendente - Senior Director presso Alight Solutions

The CEO is the most out of touch and out of sight leader we have ever had. He seems to care about transformation of the business, and no one thinks he is planning to stay at Alight long term. All of the operational and technical work have been outsourced to India where they do not have enough people to do the work and/or the experience they need in many roles. Client issues are constant and the people that know what they are doing are massively over worked.
