The future is dim - Recensione dipendente - Data Analyst presso Alight Solutions

I moved to this position internally from another department and was included in a round of layoffs that were made for the platform I was working on. Prior to being laid off, we had reps from India assigned to us and had to show them how to do our job. That said, the layoff wasn’t shocking but 3 of us had been in the position less than 5 months (one was hired 12/2023, layoffs were made 2/2024). The severance process was terrible (Alight is not cobra compliant but I do not have the energy to waste on this company anymore by filing a formal complaint), the assigned HR reps did not know how to answer our questions and calls were not returned. How an HR company fails to do basic HR tasks is beyond me.
