The people are nice, mostly.

Too much workload and too high expectations for little reward and low pay. When someone leaves a team there is no backfill, everyone just has to take on more without any pay increase or bonus. No real way to move up. Stay in the same position too long. Have to already demonstrate you are doing the work of a role two above you to be considered for the next role up.
