Good benefits for health plans and good pay

Excellent benefits, great pay and bonuses.

They will expect you to work well over 40 hrs a week, often 6-7 days a week. The owner loves to yell at his staff and make demeaning comments, he thinks he is funny. They threaten to not pay you if you do not make more sales or collect more rents. They set unrealistic expectations and they do not complete work orders because of lack of funds. This obviously upsets the residents and then upper management acts like it is because of the maintenance/managers. It is extremely stressful and probably one of the worst jobs out there. Money is not worth the sacrifice of your life. Do yourself a favor and do not take this job.
