      Beautiful property, clientele is kind and generous, fun setting

      Recognition and appreciation is rarely acknowledged Poor communication between departments Issues are swept under the rug and employees are left to scatter and figure it out The most gossip I have ever witnessed. Issues are not dealt with and are only left to grow into bigger issues they avoid addressing Pay is poor There is a lack of taking responsibility and favoritism is apparent for certain employees

      Best job I've ever had. Managers are actually leaders. All employees and departments work as a collective team and help one another out when circumstance dictate.

      Svantaggi

      Can occasionally have slow periods, so it is vital to put some money away for those times. Management does their best to keep everyone sufficiently employed.
