Long-time employee base. Lack of training.

It's a beautiful place to work, and it beats working inside an office with no windows. Fairly easy job with minimal effort, especially if you've worked in a fast paced environment and then come here.

Lots of internal issues!!!! The employees are what keep the ranch running!!! Management is completely reactionary and never focus on being proactive. They sweep problems under the rug to forget about them while employees trip and fall over the mounting issues and are forced to just "deal with it". I've also never worked with as many finger pointers before in my life until here. No One ever takes responsibility for anything!!!! It's always someone else's fault. Communication between departments is also a joke. The cliental is mostly wealthy families from LA who treat employees like dirt, and everyone is expected to smile and accept it. Employees are told to sell the ranch as a luxury ranch/resort when in fact it's extremely outdated and overpriced. Guests complain on places like trip advisor and managers think its the guest who has issues, not the resort.
