Mismanaged, disorganized, micromanaging, no training, no documentation, lies from management at every turn, constant changing of job expectations, high turnover both because of burnout and stress or management firing employees. This is the most inhospitable place to work as non-management. The managers are genuinely not nice people and lack compassion, understanding, or logic when suddenly and constantly changing parameters of the job. This is not a stable company. Toxic management.
