I have been with Alkami for just under three years and have seen the good, bad and the ugly. The good thing about this company is that they are learning from mistakes as they go, which is vital to its success! The culture is strong and has continued to be maintained despite tremendous growth, which is not easy to do. This says a lot about the leadership that has been put in place. Alkami is a fun, energetic place to work, but we do work hard! The pace of the environment can be challenging, but I enjoy it and it’s keeps me coming back for more everyday!
