Alkami has worked hard on their corporate culture and it shows. Very collaborative environment all the way through top leadership. Alkami is very fast paced but is doing a great job of maintaining the culture during periods of high growth. Culture is very important at Alkami in terms of how we think, act and interact. Everyone in this company has a voice and is heard and I have very much felt that my ideas and input are valuable here. Leadership listens to their employees and really works intentionally on making positive changes.
