So many it’s hard to know where to start: Eliminating positions and cutting headcount to claim profitability, obvious cronyism (every new tech leader hired this year is a new c-level’s lackey from a previous company), finger-pointing culture, high pressure with zero support from the aforementioned new leaders…it’s really a shame to see what was a great company turn into this. I had a great manager for years who was forced out and replaced with someone who is too junior for the role and has destroyed the morale of the team I was on single-handedly.
