      -the work is easy network/workstation support mostly.

      -Management is atrocious. -You will be reminded you are lucky to have a job consistently by both the manager and owner. -The micro management is real. -Employee Turnover is ridiculous. -Pay is not competitive.

      -Variety of system environments to work within -Troubleshooting of small to complex issues

      -Definition of micromanagement -Owner is only in it for himself -Management is unable to process stress -Owner views himself as better than everyone and all-knowing -Management feeds into the owner's self-delusion and also views himself above the employees -Customer contracts are not usually renewed -Owner tends to "swindle" customers with great sounding ideas without understand the technology behind his promises. This often leads to jury-rigged solutions that usually end up failing -No annual raises for employees -High turnover of employees
