Chill place to work at - Recensione dipendente - Machine Operator presso All American Poly

As a contractor to All American Poly for about 2 years, I have been quite impressed by the innovative culture of the company, the people I have met there, and by senior managements’ willingness to listen to their employees’ (and contractors’) ideas and feedback. This is a company that cares about, and takes great care of, their employees. This is a great focus (and strength) of AAP, as indicated by the tag line on their web site: “Obsessive about Poly. Passionate about People.” These two “pillars” of the company’s philosophy benefit both their customers and their employees as they reinforce one another. A company who focuses on innovation in their products requires employees and contractors who are dedicated to the company’s innovation and success. And vice versa. The employees we have worked with at AAP are extremely committed, dedicated and loyal, which makes AAP a great place to work (even for contractors like me), compared to many other companies I have worked in or provided services to. It also has impressed me that the company goes to great lengths to fully meet and exceed their customers’ expectations and requirements. This is consistent with my prior comment about innovation at AAP, and motivates me and my team to perform at the same lofty level (not that we wouldn’t otherwise – but it is an additional motivator)!
