I have been to different organisations with varied work culture, but never been to such an open, fresh and self motivating work place, that shows in the attitude of employees who are working on the cutting edge technology with smile.

      In my almost 20+ years working in the IT Industry, I have never worked in an environment which is more open and fun than AOB. The founders live in U.S. and bring a very open and honest culture which is very refreshing. I decided to move from a big company in Bangalore to Jaipur since I am from Rajasthan. The cost of living is so much more affordable, and people and the city is so much nicer than Bangalore. Everybody is very committed and hardworking in the company and it has a very inclusive environment. The work is super challenging and it is very fast moving - after so many years in Corporate India/America, I feel like I am learning new things again!
