Excellent work environment, respectfully culture and a tons of opportunity to learn

I don't have any cons about this employer

Consistent leads with interested homeowners. Didn't have to door knock, just made calls and zoom meetings from the office. No strict sales requirements but plenty of opportunity to make money.

Not the best management. Sometimes the work felt tedious. They tell you to stick to the sales script but you get more sales if you do it your own ways.
