      The employees are friendly and hard workers. Knowledgeable

      Svantaggi

      Employees are over worked and stressed. Management keeps pushing more and more of a work load on the employees; no time to catch up. Does not seem to have the right departments accountable for their positions. Firm seems to not be organized and upper managment does not seem to care, as long as the bottom line is met to support the company. Turn over of good employees is high. Alot of disgruntal employees.
