Senior Management very engaged with staff and concerned about employee's job satisfaction and professional growth (offer lots of training opportunities, job flexibility, team building). Always working to listen to concerns and make improvements. Company has a well thought-out plan for future growth and sustainability.

      I have worked for Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) for 7 years. I have found management to be fair and supportive and salaries to be competitive. I have been happy with the health benefits, too.
