After nearly three years of working for them they only gave one minuscule raise during that time and that does not even amount to a cost of living increase. They keep promising promotions and raises but do not deliver. They promised a program that would help with obtaining an FE, but have done nothing. The health benefits have an incredibly high deductible. They play favorites with certain employees.
