It's really just a sales environment, don't think it's proper HR! They promise a lot of things that don't get delivered and ultimately the managers only care about their salaries and performance reviews. Managers are promoted but have no training or real development except on how to increase sales.

They are US owned so don't care about local issues unless it's good publicity. There is no staff development for those not in front line sales and no support of back office staff at all, the hours are really terrible and you are expected to put in socially after hours as well. Their idea of a performance bonus is a trip to a company conference. Who cares if its in Bali really when you have to work all day and night?!
