1. >The employee time-sheet ERP portal is way too outdated and seems to be carried forward from 200 century BC , might be worked upon (can use your existing resources to add enhancements to it) Although they reliably release your payments on time based on inputs from the same portal :) 2> It would be nice if we employees have a dedicated PersonOfContact allotted per candidate to take care of real-time complications which might remain unaddressed for a couple of months. This will definitely improve the retention rate. 3. Frequently take feed backs from employees ad employers and incorporate the requested changes in the regime based on a quarterly/half yearly cadence .
